Your consultation can be face-to-face, or via phone/Skype and this service is available if you are outside the U.K.

Stool testing kit is dispatched to you within 24 hours or next working day.

How The Testing Process Works

• Once your order has been placed, a stool testing kit is dispatched to you immediately, or on the next working day.
• Mailing costs to have the kit delivered to you are included in the test fee.
• You provide a single stool specimen, following the instructions provided in the package.
• If you are located in North America, you send the completed test kit directly to the laboratory.
• If you are located outside North America (e.g. UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa), you send the completed test kit to your closest distributor.
• Please note that return postage is NOT included in the test kit fee.
• Once the laboratory receives your sample, it is rapidly analysed and your results are returned by PDF to us within 10-12 working days.
• We immediately email you with your results.
